California Tahoe Conservancy - The California Tahoe Conservancy, an entrepreneurial state agency, is seeking several new staff and managers to join our team in acquiring and managing land, restoring watersheds, and protecting Tahoe's famed lake clarity. Since 1984, the Conservancy has acquired more than 4,700 parcels in the Lake Tahoe basin, and has spent more than $300 million on water quality, watershed restoration, forest health, lake access, and recreation projects. The Conservancy now has openings at several staff and supervisory levels in its watershed management, forest habitat, land acquisition and management, and legal programs.
