Directions to Board Meeting: From Interstate 80 eastbound, exit onto State Route 89 south toward Lake Tahoe/Squaw Valley/Tahoe City. Proceed 14 miles to Tahoe City. Turn left onto Fairway Drive (one block before the Tahoe City “Y” intersection). The Tahoe City Public Utility District offices are at 221 Fairway Drive.

- Extension of License Agreement with Tesoro Petroleum Companies, Inc. for Groundwater Remediation: Consideration and possible authorization of a two year extension to an existing license agreement in order to allow Tesoro to continue the use of wells on Conservancy property. Placer County Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-180-11. (Resolution 08-09-02)
- License Agreement with Nevada Tahoe Conservation District (NTCD) for Air Quality Testing: Consideration and possible authorization of a license agreement with NTCD for placement of equipment on Conservancy property in order to assess the effectiveness of Best Management Practices. Placer County Assessor Parcel Numbers 94-140-65 (near Rocky Ridge), 117-130-26 (Moon Dunes), and 117-160-08 (Snow Creek). (Resolution 08-09-03)
- Authorization to Modify the 2008 Soil Erosion Control Grants Program Announcement and Guidelines: Consideration and possible authorization of a modification to the 2008 Soil Erosion Control Grants Program Announcement and Guidelines, incorporating minor changes related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), submittal dates, and associated timelines. (Resolution 08-09-04)

If any board member, staff member, or other interested party requests discussion of a consent item, it may be removed from consent and taken up in the regular agenda order, or in an order determined by the Board Chair.

Owners of property affected by or adjacent to potential site improvement projects (Item 8) which may receive funding or other support from the Conservancy, and parties interested in other items on the agenda, may receive notice by the mailing of this agenda, by posting of notice at the site, or by other means.
