  8. Administrative Items:
    1. Annual Planning Authorization: Consideration and possible authorization of up to $2,138,800 for pre-project planning activities in support of the Conservancy's Public Access and Recreation, Land Acquisition, Wildlife Enhancement, Stream Environment Zone/Watershed Restoration and Soil Erosion Control Programs, as well as information technology, and public information. (Resolution 08-07-03)
  9. Property Management:
    1. Annual Property Management Authorization: Consideration and possible authorization of up to $850,000 for direct management and restoration activities on Conservancy-owned properties during fiscal year 2008-2009. (Resolution 08-07-04)
  10. Erosion Control:
    1. Soil Erosion Control Grants Program Authorization FY 2008-2009:
      Consideration and possible adoption of the annual Soil Erosion Control Program Grant Guidelines and authorization to implement the 24th round of the Soil Erosion Control Grants Program. (Resolution 08-07-05)
  11. Public Access and Recreation
    1. Public Access and Recreation Program Guidelines Update: Discussion only.
      No action will be taken.
