- Long-Term License Agreement with El Dorado County: Consideration and possible authorization of a long-term license agreement with El Dorado County for improvements and maintenance associated with the previously authorized Angora 3 Erosion Control Project. - Administrative Items:
- Annual Planning Authorization: Consideration and possible authorization of up to $2,138,800 for pre-project planning activities in support of the Conservancy's Public Access and Recreation, Land Acquisition, Wildlife Enhancement, Stream Environment Zone/Watershed Restoration and Soil Erosion Control Programs, as well as information technology, and public information. - Property Management:
- Annual Property Management Authorization: Consideration and possible authorization of up to $850,000 for direct management and restoration activities on Conservancy-owned properties during fiscal year 2008-2009. (Resolution 08-07-04)
- Erosion Control:
- Soil Erosion Control Grants Program Authorization FY 2008-2009:
Consideration and possible adoption of the annual Soil Erosion Control Program Grant Guidelines and authorization to implement the 24th round of the Soil Erosion Control Grants Program. (Resolution 08-07-05)
- Public Access and Recreation
- Public Access and Recreation Program Guidelines Update: Discussion only.

Consent Items: Consent items are expected to be routine and non-controversial; recommendations will ordinarily be acted on without discussion. If any board member, staff member, or other interested party requests discussion of a consent item, it may be removed from Consent and taken up in the regular agenda order, or in an order determined by the Board Chair.
